Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Summary: The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electric vehicle infrastructure projects. This role involves managing site preparation, budgeting, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead the planning, design, and execution of construction projects related to electric vehicle infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Budget & Quality Management: Develop and manage project budgets, enforce quality control measures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on electrical infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM.
