We are looking for a Mechanical Senior Project Manager with experience working on $50M+ projects for a Top 10 ENR Mechanical Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity to work on large scale $50m+ projects such as advanced manufacturing facilities, data centers & EV battery plants.
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experienced working on $50M+ projects
- Experience working for a sub-contractor (desirable)
