We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Solutions Engineer with strong experience in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning technology to join our team and play a pivotal role in assessing and implementing AI/ML-based solutions to enhance OPS business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and address business problems using emerging AI solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, provide AI expertise, and ensure that AI & ML solutions align with business objectives
- Recognize areas within the organization where AI can be applied to improve processes, productivity, and customer experiences
- Evaluate emerging commercial AI/ML solutions in the staffing industry for utility, usability and cost effectiveness
- Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly pilot and deploy AI-based solutions, enabling quick iteration and implementation.
- Integrate AI & ML solutions into existing systems and business workflows, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Craft effective prompts to elicit specific responses from AI models, tailored to address business challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of AI and ML applied experience
- Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and techniques
- Experience in hands-on development and implementation of AI and ML solutions
- Low-Code/No-Code proficiency
- Experience in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions
- Strong systems Integration Expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with staffing firm application topologies a strong plus
