About the opportunity
They are currently seeking a Senior Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to work on a number of ground-up projects covering senior living, healthcare, higher education, and hospitality markets.
As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety. You will also lead a team of Superintendents. Some of the key duties include.
- Lead a team of field operations to implement and maintain a clean and safe work site.
- Motivate the team to perform at their highest efficiency to exceed project requirements, ensure quality control, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the project manager to provide high-level reporting on costs and profitability.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Developing, and executing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects meet all safety and quality standards.
- Follow the project filing and documentation organization system as dictated for the project. Updates drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks.
Benefits & Rewards
You will receive a base salary of $110,000 – $140,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package which will include.

Requirements
- 10 + years of experience working as a superintendent for a general contractor
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team
- Experience working on ground-up commercial projects
