Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary $475-500k.
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold (our providers are on pace to achieve the threshold)
o Quality incentives up to $30,000
Commencement bonus: Eliglible
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

Professional Details:
Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
o 4 days a week, 8 hours a day at 1st Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
o 1 day a week, 8-hour day at 2nd Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week at WMH, and mileage is reimbursed).
o 0.6 FTE Nurse practitioner to support the provider
Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately 475-525 infusions per month.
