Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Micro-Focus. PPM and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.
- As a Micro Focus PPM System Administrator and Developer, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and development of the Micro Focus Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system.
- You will ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our PPM environment to support our project management and business objectives.
- Administer and maintain the Micro Focus PPM system, ensuring its availability, performance, and security.
- Configure and customize the PPM system to meet organizational needs, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and implement integrations with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide effective PPM solutions.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the PPM system remains current and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the PPM system, providing technical support to users as needed.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of the PPM system.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, processes, and procedures.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator and Developer for Micro Focus PPM or similar project management software.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing PPM systems, including workflow design, report generation, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with integrating PPM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
