Travelling Superintendent
Location: Based in Dallas, TX
May require travel to: South Central & West Texas
Industry: Commercial Construction (K-12, Office, Retail)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Schedule and monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budget requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with experience in K-12, office, and retail projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South Central and West Texas.
- Valid driver’s license.
