Job Description:
- Minimum 3+ Years exp required.
- Strong experience with Apple hardware and software, Including the latest versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
- Must have a solid understanding of the Apple Brand
- Strong troubleshooting ability; can take steps to isolate issues and determine root cause through investigative analysis in an environment where little knowledge/experience/documentation exists
- Strong communication skills; effectively communicate the issue, root cause, and resolution in technical terms
- Experience with Unix, Linux
- Experience working with ticket management systems

Pay Range: $18/hr - $23/hr
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
