Sr. Manager, Insights, Audience Development
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
- Partner with channel leads and the Director of Audiences and Insights to create consistent reporting across the audience development team that illustrates impact on OKRs and business priorities. Channels include CRM, on-platform promo, and platform merchandising.
- Deliver a monthly readout for audience development that includes channel performance and campaign results. The readout should serve as a template that is repeatable, concise, and ready to share with leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with TV Everywhere, CRM and platform merchandising strategy teams to develop and refine measurement frameworks that can be leveraged to optimize campaigns and channels. Provide expertise on interpreting and drawing insights from data.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant reporting and analytics experience
- BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from reporting
- Experience working in PowerPoint to create decks and organize information from reports for easy consumption by leadership and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to present reporting and insights to internal stakeholders
- Experience with video streaming (OTT) or subscriptions services is a plus
