Akkodis is seeking an Azure Cloud Architect for a full-time direct hire position with a client located in greater Cleveland, OH. Candidates will have several years of experience engineering Azure Cloud solutions and driving implementation and adoption throughout an organization.
Pay/Salary Range: $150,000-170,000
Azure Cloud Architect job responsibilities include:
- Work closely with CIO and IT Director in addition to other IT leadership to implement Azure Cloud Architecture as the go-forward plan
- Collaborate across business units, driving Azure Cloud infrastructure, utilizing your expert knowledge of Azure platform to obtain buy-in
- This is a Senior Technologist role in that you will be responsible for some hands-on configuration of the environment, leading and mentoring other engineers
- Implement O365 in Azure platform; Execute Azure Synapse for data analytics as 2 major initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Windows infrastructure and then cloud, specifically Azure Cloud
- Azure Certifications are nice to have
- Previous experience leading digital transformations
- Other technical skills include PowerShell or other automation scripting.
- Superior communication skills and work ethic required.
