HPG is seeking experienced Meditech analysts to join our team as Senior Consultants. If you're passionate about enhancing patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes through clinical information systems, this role is for you. As a Senior Meditech Consultant, you’ll drive engagement across physicians, clinicians, and patients, contributing to a consumer-centric healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and build for Meditech systems (Magic, C/S, Expanse) across various modules.
- Create and deliver project-specific outputs independently.
- Guide and coach team members, ensuring alignment with development, testing, and training teams.
- Communicate requirements effectively across departments.
- Travel weekly to client sites, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Meditech application support and build experience.
- Proficiency in Meditech modules and a strong understanding of clinical workflows.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes.
