Project Details: Our client is seeking an experienced and certified Workday Benefits Lead resource to lead critical aspects of their upcoming project. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in both benefits and time tracking functionalities within the Workday platform. This is a 4 month contract assignment, fully remote.

Job Description:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Benefits modules for clients.
- Ensure that the implementation is aligned with the client's business processes and goals.
- Work closely with the client’s HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure that the solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Current or previous Workday Partner Certification in Benefits
- 3+ years of experience in Workday implementation projects, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, and Benefits
- Proven ability to manage large-scale implementations and deliver complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
