Under minimal supervision a Senior Infrastructure Systems Analyst will work with Infrastructure teams to define project requirements and create system documentation. They will work with Infrastructure teams, project managers and other internal and external parties as needed to help facilitate the successful completion of company projects and initiatives.
The range for this role is 94,000 to 117,000, most offers will be at midpoint around 105k for this role. Unfortunately, we typically do not have room to negotiate here.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for creating infrastructure requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project documentation.
- Represent infrastructure interests and ensure that all technical designs meet business needs.
- Work directly with management and users to gather configuration project requirements and documents as needed.
- Act as the liaison between infrastructure and application development teams, relaying information in an easily to understand manner.
- Work with infrastructure and application development teams to complete service design packages and maintain service catalog, along with its supporting documents.
- Works closely with other IT Infrastructure Systems Analysts, Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers to ensure project issues and risks are identified and develops the plan to mitigate each.
- Support infrastructure teams in reporting and communicating issues and their resolutions.
- Report on overall health of IT Infrastructure and the supported applications.
- Support documentation and audit activities around Sarbanes-Oxley, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and other regulatory requirements.
- General understanding of project management principles.
