Client is looking for a Senior Customer Analytics Engineer in the Plano, TX area. Hybrid role, 2 days a week on site
Must haves:
7+ years experience in customer analytics and reporting
Strong background in building customer data dashboards in Tableau
Experience with CRM systems (Braze), loyalty programs and customer data platforms
Extensive SQL and Python skills
Experience building processes, efficiencies and automation around reporting/ analytics
Pluses:
GA4 experience
Day to day:
An employer is looking for a Senior Customer Analytics Engineer in the Plano, Tx area. You will initially be joining the clients analytics group to support a number of customer data reporting requests tied to their CRM and loyalty programs. You will support multiple projects in this space that are ongoing and leverage Tableau to produce new dashboards reflecting customer data/ metrics. You will evaluate loyalty data related to breakage rates, points program and support these data processes to identify areas for efficiencies and improvements. You will own this reporting space and act as the lead for any customer analytics requests or net new dashboards. Additional tasks may include python scripting, curating/ optimizing audiences for loyalty programs and evaluating the CRM and loyalty effectiveness through customer data.
