At HCLTech USA, we are looking for a CYBERSECURITY and GRC ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER with MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) working experience, mandatory.
Permanent and onsite position to join our renowned client's facility based in Frisco, Texas, USA.
As the Cybersecurity and GRC Associate General Manager, you will lead the delivery of Cybersecurity and GRC Service projects, leveraging our global delivery capability with client facing Skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Cybersecurity and GRC services to the client
- Manage escalations, deliver to meet or exceed client SLA/KPI and People management
- Lead multi domain Cybersecurity delivery team in support of 24/7 operations and project support activities in varied security domains such as SOC ,SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infra Security, GRC,…
- Responsible for working with Delivery Teams, client stakeholders and other teams.
Job requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in the Cybersecurity services delivery
- MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) experience is MANDATORY
- Have good exposure to multiple domains of Cyber-security like SIEM, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability management, Endpoint Security-In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management.
- Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix- Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security issues.
- Must have Team Management and Leadership skills- with can do and will do attitude.
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Must have client handling experience with Cybersecurity or GRC Domain Knowledge.

– Can convert ideas into opportunities.
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, C/CISO, GIAC, CEH or any other ISC2/ISACA/GIAC Cybersecurity Professional Certifications
