Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation.
Duties:
- Perform evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Proficiency in various physical therapy techniques
- Ability to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise programs for rehabilitation
- Understanding of pain management techniques
