Our client, a large telecom company in NYC, is looking for Associate Digital Producer for a full-time contract through the end of the year with potential for extension. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of digital assets across websites, mobile platforms, banners, emails, and social media channels. You will manage the end-to-end process, ensuring that all projects remain on track by overseeing workflows, scheduling, and communications. This role is key in facilitating seamless collaboration among creative, strategy, and technical teams, while also ensuring that creative reviews and deliverables are aligned with project objectives.
Please note this is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days/week onsite in Downtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Help to manage and execute the production of all things digital including websites, mobile platforms, banners, emails, and social media.
- Oversee project planning, schedule development, and process workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate meetings, creative reviews, and project updates with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize files and assets, maintaining clear and structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders informed on project status.
- Ensure that all assets meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital production, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing digital display and social media programs.
- Strong understanding of the production processes for websites, mobile, banners, emails, and social media assets.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in workflow management, scheduling, and file organization.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
