IT Support Technician

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to handle systems, support tickets, hardware issues, and more. The ideal candidate will have a knack for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Provide technical support for PCs, printers, copiers, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and updates.
- Maintain and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Ensure all IT-related equipment is functioning optimally and securely.
- Document support issues and resolutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and office applications.
- Experience with networked printers and copiers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
