Job Title: D365 F&O Solution Architect
Location: Houston, TX(Hybrid)
Job Description:
• A broad knowledge of modern D365 F&O applications including surrounding eco-systems.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at eye-level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English that allows you to simplify complex messages and explain in layman terms.
• Ability to comfortably maneuver between technical and business-related discussions with colleagues.
• Experience of minimum 2-3 full life cycles or end-to-end implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O Solution.
• Gathering, understanding, analyzing client business processes to re-engineer/design the solution improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to re-engineer / re-define process, if required
• Articulate solution to business SMEs or stakeholders
• Having a good knowledge and experience of D365 F&O SCM-MFG modules while holding certifications in the most current versions.
• Propose Solution Design, and implementation aligning to industry standard or best practice for business acceptance.
• Visualizing solution for the customization and integration requirements.
• Preparation and review of Technical/Solution designs
• Implementation of Success by Design concepts and leverage documentation prescribed by Microsoft.
• Planning & execution of analysis workshops/Conference room pilot sessions (CRP).
• Involved in blueprint and analysis phase across various business teams.
• Preparing and architecting the ERP solution for the Business requirement
• Maintained all the tracking, pipelines, Azure boards in the Azure DevOps
• Architecting F&O Administration including deployment, code movement, user access management, Environment refresh activities including platform updates,
• Setting up Demo VM’s, LCS activities involving environment management and monitoring.
• Create and maintain all the tracking, pipelines, Azure boards in the Azure DevOps
• Involved in various planning activities like entities creation, integration, legacy data management.
• BYOD Activities – BYOD configuration, Configuring the BYOD Jobs, Data Entities customization.
• DevOps activities – DevOps configuration, Repos, Pipelines creation
• Drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
• Collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing / implementing best suitable solution.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
• Solution Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
• Communicating issues and project tasks to team in appropriate forum.
• Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for key or end users.
• Providing detailed utilization and work status report.
• Use common functionality and implementation tools.
• Set-up, Configure security, processes, and options.
• Assist in data migration.
• Validate and support the solution.
• Excellent communication skill both written / verbal.
• Must have ability to work and interact with offshore team.
• Must have good analytical and logical thinking.
• Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks.
• Active involvement in Master Data validation, cut-over and Go-live activities.
• Open for travel.
