Role: Manufacturing Planner for Supply Chain Engineering
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite).
Job Description:
- Understanding and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- General understanding of Aircraft parts and materials
- Experience and conversant with Manufacturing processes for metals, non-metals and composites, preferably Aerospace domain
- Familiar with creation of instructions and necessary tools or applications for optimization the working process
- Co-ordination with offshore team for inputs/clarifications/delivery
- Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives
- Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
- Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met
- Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements
- Supports other teams as instructed to meet engineering commitments
- Working with SAP service notifications, Orders/Quotes, Purchase Requisitions, and Requests for Assistance
- Develops, implements and maintains various material masters and quote back-up sheets to define and document as-built configuration
