Our client, a global leader in the automobile industry, is rapidly expanding and undergoing a major digital transformation. They’re focused on advancing their technical infrastructure and are seeking passionate team members to contribute.
We are looking for a proactive Network Coordinator with expertise in carrier and ISP management. You’ll be the primary contact for ISPs and telecom carriers, managing telecommunications services, including provisioning, upgrades, and lead times.
This is a long term contract with projects estimated through the end of 2025, and is hybrid with 2 day per week in the Addison, IL area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain critical network equipment, ensuring seamless support for carrier and ISP services.
- Leverage Cisco Meraki solutions to enhance network performance and manageability.
- Monitor network performance and resolve service issues in collaboration with carriers.
- Coordinate the integration of new technologies and services with carriers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, carrier agreements, and performance reports.
- Continuously evaluate and propose new carrier technologies to improve network efficiency.
Experience:
- 3+ years in network coordination, with a focus on ISP and carrier management.
- Proficiency in WAN, LAN, wireless technologies, and Cisco Meraki products.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing external relationships.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and provisioning processes.
