Pre-Sales Solutions Architect - Cybersecurity
Location: Ohio
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base + OTE
Experience: Minimum 3 years

Role Summary:
In the role of Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key link between client needs and our advanced technology offerings. You'll be responsible for understanding intricate technical requirements and developing bespoke solutions in areas such as Routing/WAN, Data Center Switching, and Wireless Architecture. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through the sales journey and ensuring they receive solutions that drive their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the principal technical advisor, deeply understanding client needs and crafting customized solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop and present tailored solutions involving Routing/WAN, Data Center Switching, and Wireless Architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge in network, endpoint, and cloud security to design comprehensive solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Strategic Alignment: Use your business acumen to align technical solutions with client goals, ensuring high-impact results.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: At least 4 years in a presales engineering or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Routing/WAN, Data Center Switching, and Wireless Architecture.
- Client-Facing: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering effective technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Business Acumen: Strong grasp of the business implications of technical solutions and the ability to align them with client objectives.
- Location: Must be based in Ohio.
