Looking for something a little different? Ready for a 40-hour week to be the usual, not the exception? Seeking fellow engineers who are creative, personable, and dare we say fun? MMY has always been a little different since our founding in 1983.
MMY invests in its people with flexible schedules, reasonable workloads, and work-life balance. We have also cultivated lasting relationships with our clients built on integrity and quality. We maintain a small team and a flat corporate structure to give everyone a voice in running the firm. Our small size does not limit work variety, however. MMY curates projects ranging from PT office towers to single-family houses, from cutting edge construction techniques to centuries-old historic renovations, and from warehouses and parking garages to art installations and monuments.
