Qualifications
-8+ years’ experience in digital marketing; enterprise marketing software experience preferred.
-4+ years of experience architecting and building data pipelines
-Hands-on experience working withing Adobe Experience Platform. Specifically, Real Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Need to have experience creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, & connecting destinations for activation.
-Hands-on experience in building complex journeys with deep knowledge on using the tools to manage and optimize budget and creative performance
-Hands-on experience on managing a large scale implementation with 1000s of audiences, data attributes, calculated attributes, journeys etc.
-Experience Debugging, troubleshooting, and fixing the configuration and integration issues.
-Experience working with data warehouse solutions such as Google BigQuery etc.

Day to Day
A large financial services company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a platform expert in the Adobe Experience Platform to join their team. You will be responsible for helping to deliver and improve the end customer experience across client’s digital channels, leveraging Adobe Platform as domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge working with Real-time CDP, Journey Optimizer(AJO) & Customer Journey Analytics(CJA). You will be responsible for Architecting & designing Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the customers journey. You will need to be able to Provide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing. You will also be responsible for Strategizing, architecting, documenting and creating approaches for scalable AEP – CDP, AJO & CJA implementation, tailored to client business needs. You will be involved in leading the technical delivery, providing guidance to engineers and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Lastly, you will support the implementation of proper data governance and provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies. This team is looking for a strong communicator, someone who has excellent verbal and written communications skills & has strong executive presence, presentation and negotiation skills.
