I'm assisting a top supplier of injection molded components top grade several leadership roles. These are additions to staff designed to build bench strength for leader succession and revenue growth while improving execution of their business operating system. Includes modeling leader standard work, sense of urgency, stretch expectations, and root cause solutions.

What they are looking for in a candidate:
- Promotable to next level such as Regional Tech Director or Plant GM, 6-12 months (#1 for the C-level)
- #1 priority hire in the company
- Will coach managers of Maintenance, Automation, Process Engineering, Tool and Die shop orgs.
- Experience likely to be mostly operations leadership with cross functional experience in related engineering / technical disciplines along their career track
- Probably has been part of a successful turn around
- High sense of urgency, edge, adept at energizing others
- BSME or similar. Engineering degree preferred. MBA would be nice.
