Overview:
Our client wants to enhance its claims processing efficiency and customer satisfaction by developing a comprehensive analytics platform. The platform aims to provide real-time insights into claims data, identify patterns and trends in claims processing, and improve decision-making.
Ideal background:
Overall, a successful data modeler on this project would combine technical expertise in data modeling and database management with strong analytical skills and domain knowledge. Someone who can analytically and strategically, anticipate future data needs and designing models that are flexible and scalable. Any industry knowledge within insurance or banking would be beneficial.
Skillset:
- Relational database in depth knowledge
- Data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Erwin is a huge plus
- Data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning would help in this role
- Strong communicator on the business and technology side of the house
Interview process:
2 step interview. One 30-minute phone screen and one 1-hour video panel interview. If you are selected, we will make sure to prep prior to any interview to go through specifics of each.
