Job Title: Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MN(Onsite)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build Requirements and architect analog/mixed-signal IC solutions spanning chip-level to cell-level considerations.
- Lead the design of ASIC I/O and supporting circuitry.
- Create, test, and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits.
- Field customer questions regarding I/O configurations
- Design requirements spanning block definitions, schematic creation, and simulation.
- Accomplish Design integration, testing, analyses, and iteration.
- Plan, design-for, and enable radiation testing of microelectronic circuits.
Consultant will be using following tools and must possess below experience of tools:
- Synopsys Design Compiler
- Synopsys PrimeTime
- Synopsys DFT Compiler
- Synopsys IC Compiler
- Synopsys TetraMAX
- Siemens Tessent MemoryBIST
- Ansys Redhawk
- Synopsys IC Validator
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Due to nature of the project we will only need US Citizen for this role.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design.
- Experience with Siemens/Cadence IC design tools.
- Willingness to work onsite in Plymouth, MN.
- DDR3, PLL, or SerDes design experience.
- Knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages – e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL.
- Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience.
- Advanced node and SOI technology design experience.
- Experience with Siemens Physical Verification tools and methods.
- Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience.
- Advanced node and SOI CMOS technology design experience.
