Boulo is recruiting a Low Voltage Regional Installation Manager in the Atlanta or Birmingham, AL area for our client, a building security specialist who sells, procures and installs security solutions nationwide.

Flexibility: Hybrid, remote work and on site at installations
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities of the Regional Installation Manager:
- Lead and manage installation teams throughout the West Alabama and Mid Georgia and general area
- Coach and support installers through training and feedback
- Promote a high standard of professionalism and excellence
- Maintain 80-100% utility for installation teams
- Ensure the quality of all installations
- Pre-Installation - attend site walks with prospect clients, provide BOM and pricing for client proposals, source all required materials, accessories and equipment for installation, spearhead all project pre planning and execution
Qualifications of the Regional Installation Manager:
- Experience leading, managing and training installation technicians
- Knowledge of access control systems, cameras, and structured cabling
- Product knowledge of Verkada systems is a plus
- Required certifications for Georgia installation of low voltage, cameras and access control
- Position requires travel as needed to ensure a timely and quality installation
