Electrical Component Engineer
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)

Required Education/Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set and knowledge
- B.S. or M.S. Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar
- Knowledge of component failure modes, component reliability, and component specifications and standards.
- Knowledge of Hardware circuit board design basics.
- Understanding of passive components, microcircuit, hybrid, semiconductor, and discrete device fabrication.
- Knowledge of components used in high-reliability, automotive, or downhole environments
- Knowledge of accelerated reliability testing, reliability theory, and component failure analysis
- Experience with Cadence PSpice and component modeling, LabView, and/or Python is a plus
- Familiarity with the usage and automation of various test equipment including power supplies, ovens, LCR meters, DMMs, and oscilloscopes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment

- Here electronic components are semiconductor integrated circuits like micro controllers, Microprocessor, Transistors, MOSFETs, Op Amps, Voltage regulators, ADC, DAC, CPLD, FPGA ,Dc-DC Convertors , Crystal oscillators ,Memory ICs like NAND Flash, NOR Flash etc.
- The candidate should be familiar with all the electronic components testing, qualification and failure mode analysis.
