SALARY
$200,000 - $250,000
LOCATION: Palo Alto
Looking for an experienced Technical Lead or Platform engineer to advance this Gen AI for Healthcare SaaS platform into the future. As the Technical Lead Engineer, you will balance your time between AI SaaS work and writing and maintaining code while also managing your team deadlines.

THE ROLE
As a Technical Lead Engineer, you would be a key member of the team, defining and implementing AI SaaS architecture, providing guidance to junior engineers, and managing successful project timelines.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Ensure efficient integration of core platform services
- Engage in leadership and mentorship roles
- Consistently contribute quality work to infrastructure automation
- Manage project agenda and results
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- 6+ years of relevant industry/role experience
- Proven experience in a lead/managerial role
- Expert in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and Terraform code
- Strong skills in Gen AI, Python, and modern compiled language such as Go or Rust
- Available to work on-site in Palo Alto for 3 days a week
