ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Ground Up Gas Station and Retail projects through completion. The Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects locally, regionally and/or nationally.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Full Ground Up New Construction and Finish Outs of Gas Station or Retail projects. Other related project experience will be considered, along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.
Select Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience required with Full Ground Up New Construction, Tenant Improvement and Finish Outs of Gas Station or Retail experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
