Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage ground-up construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects and the ability to oversee every aspect of the project from inception to completion. Experience in Healthcare construction is highly advantageous, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards, particularly in Healthcare-related projects.
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Oversee procurement and management of materials, labor, and equipment, optimizing resources to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up projects.
- Experience in Healthcare construction is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the specific challenges and regulations in this sector.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
