Job Description:
EG4 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Line Manager to join our team. As a Product Line Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and guiding our successful commercial and technical go-to-market strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to drive market share growth for EG4 products in the competitive solar equipment market. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, understanding the competitive solar equipment landscape, predicting consumer adoption and defining our next generation of solar equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase market share
- Coordinate with Sales and Distribution to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product features and specifications
- Manage complex development schedules to ensure timely product launches - Become the prime technical “Voice of the Customer” within EG4
- Interface with Executive Management for insight and plan execution
- Create profit and loss statements to evaluate product line performance
- Manage margins and set pricing to maximize profit and drive growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or technical roles, preferably in the solar equipment industry
- Proven track record in product development or product management
- Proven ability to manage complex products on schedule and within budget
- Strong technical knowledge of solar equipment and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
