Our client is a leading biotechnology company! They are currently seeking a QC Technician I who will be responsible for evaluating products.
Responsibilities:
- Using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product.
- Following FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed.
- Performing minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation.
- Following all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area.
- Supporting key initiatives as assigned by department leadership.
- Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable workspace and enforce ISO:9001 guidelines as required.
The essential requirements of the role include:
- High School diploma required.
- Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.
- Typically, less than 2 years of experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Requires analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion.
- Lab experience preferred.
