Summary:
- Take charge of large-scale strategic projects independently, managing complex dependencies across multiple business lines to drive success.
- Skillfully elicit and gather business requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders, business partners, and users across various Business Units.
- Provide expert advice on viable solutions and develop comprehensive roadmaps with clear execution plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze the current application state and create detailed target state documentation, including wireframes, process models, and business rules, to guide transformation efforts.
- Lead meetings with functional user areas to define business system requirements and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring effective problem-solving and alignment.
Skills:
- Possess in-depth expertise in business methods, processes, requirements, and standards, driving efficiency and effectiveness in all projects.
- Excel in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business leaders, BRMs, development teams, QA, marketing, and legal departments.
- Understand how to leverage technology solutions to effectively address and resolve business problems, ensuring optimal alignment between tech and business needs.
- Bring 5+ years of business analysis experience with a strong techno-functional background, bridging the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Jira and Confluence, utilizing these tools to streamline project management and collaboration.
- Expertise in business process modeling with tools such as Draw.io and Lucidchart, creating clear and actionable visual representations of processes.
