Plexos is seeking an experienced Deputy Case Program Manager to support the Disaster Case Management team responding to Wildfire Disaster Recovery in Mescalero, Lincoln County, Otero County, Valencia County, Colfax County, San Miguel County, and Mora County, New Mexico. The role of the Program Manager is to support the Senior Program Manager in implementing Disaster Case Management Program activities and ensure service to disaster-impacted residents at the highest standard of service delivery. The Program Manager provides support and guidance to the Disaster Case Management team, completes reporting, and creates systems and processes to implement the Disaster Case Management Program. The Program Manager must have knowledge of state, local, and federal programs that support recovery, experience managing teams, and be comfortable working in high-pressure, service-oriented environments.
The Program Manager reports to the Disaster Case Management Senior Program Manager. The Program Manager will report in person to the Joint Field Offices and Disaster Recovery Offices in Santa Fe and Ruidoso. The Program Manager will support Disaster Case Management services in all impacted communities. Ability to Deploy to Ruidoso, NM will be required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight, management, and guidance to the Disaster Case Management Supervision Team, Recovery Analysts, and Disaster Case Managers (a current team of 37 and growing)
- Support the Senior Program Manager to implement processes and procedures that make the expansion of the team, continued guidance to current hires, and training and onboarding to new hires smooth, timely, while maintaining program quality.
- Work with local, state, and federal partners to coordinate comprehensive recovery services to impacted residents.
- Design, coordinate, and execute outreach efforts and events to support community and individual recovery.
- Design and implement evaluation metrics and methods.
- Utilize expert writing skills to track and report program successes, challenges, and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and leadership to expedite resource and assistance provision for affected communities.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration between State case managers, voluntary case managers, FEMA staff, Voluntary Agency Liaisons (VALs), and other partners providing assistance.
- Aid in the development of policies and procedures.
- Advocate for resident needs, assess assistance effectiveness and communicate unmet needs to inform organizations providing assistance.

- The Program Manager must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Case Management or Project Management software preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with federal programs is preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a management position.
- Minimum of 3 years providing Case Manager or social services in a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
