Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (100% On-site No remote or No Hybrid) Looking for Local Candidates in Texas
Base Salary: 120k to 165k

Must be able to go Direct perm with HCL Tech or willing to transfer to HCL Tech to be sponsored
Must Have Experience:
- 15-20 years of overall Technical Program Manager experience and with good onsite experience running major programs in Banking domain
- Technical working experience in Java more like a Technical Program manager as it involves lot of technical stuff in Java and related technologies. Not an Architect kind of role but someone who has technical background plus managed projects
- Experience running managed services programs end to end with onsite/offshore combination
- Experience in Managing / working with senior leadership internally and on the customer side
- Good Java technical background and work experience managing Agile programs is must
- Should have Managed around 150-200 members at the minimum over a period of time
Overview:
- Strong program management experience running managed services program in Banking area
- Worked with CIO directs or similar kind of profiles from customer side
- Experience working in multi-vendor environment
