Job Description:
- Bachelors degree with 6 years experience in IT industry
- 3 years experience in FabConnect product implementation and site deployments
- Experience in creating Routing templates
- Experience in supporting hyper care after go live support
- Experience in onboarding contract manufacturing and OEM manufacturing into FabConnect
- Knowledge in Oracle Inventory management
- Knowledge in Oracle SCM nice to have
- Good understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing value chain from Substrate Manufacturing Wafer Fab Probe and Assembly Test
- Good in communication and worked in Agile delivery
- Hands-on experience on JIRA or similar tools for task tracking
- Good to have worked on ServiceNow or similar tool for ticket fixing and tracking
