Value Based Care Implementation Manager
Job description:
As a Value-Based Care Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the implementation of value-based care products and modules within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of plan data file loads for our payer reporting module, oversee the project management and technical configuration of the Azara Cost and Utilization product. You will be responsible for a growing team of project managers and technical leads. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, payment models, and regulatory requirements; as well as the ability and experience communicating with large clients on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine strategies for the Implementation of the value-based care products aligned with organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead the project managers and participate as a project manager (Key Accounts) to lead the implementation of the Azara VBC products. Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Technical Implementation: Lead and serve as an escalation point for the VBC technical leads to ensure the highest quality of data; through continuous improvement of our file load process as well as accountability for the adherence to validation standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (clinical teams, analytics, sales and client success, product, support etc.) and external partners (payers, providers, community organizations) to foster collaboration and alignment. Provide annual updates on Care Gap measure changes and other VBC information as needed.
- Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and develop action plans to optimize outcomes related to quality metrics, improved customer experience and efficient delivery of the products.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess quality, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Proactively communicate the status of projects to appropriate stakeholders while identifying issues and opportunities that require escalation.
Qualifications and Education requirements
- Expert understanding of Value Based Care payment models including claims data and file format for the ingestion of plan data.
- 8+ years’ experience managing technical and project managers as it relates to implementation of software products
- A high level of understanding and experience in process improvement and project management
- This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, payment models, and regulatory requirements; as well as the ability and experience communicating with large clients on complex projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in cross functional teams
- Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in technical, science, or business field and be proficient and comfortable working in a technical environment.
- SQL experience required or aptitude to gain basic level SQL knowledge
