Role: Product Manager
Location: New York, USA
Work model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office
Salary: $90k - $150K
Objectives of this Role
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Responsibilities:
- Comfortable in new situations with different projects
- Experience building distributed / service oriented / microservice-style and cloud-based application architectures
- Have experience leveraging frontend dynamics.
- Experience building enterprise applications, including integration with COTS systems
- You are an Agile practitioner, familiar with extreme programming, test-driven development, pairing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and related techniques
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in a dynamic product management role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full product development lifecycle
- Strong ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in crafting and executing effective product marketing strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Background in software and web development
- Proven track record as a product developer with a solid understanding of SEM and online advertising
