The primary responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing first-level technical support to our team members, effectively managing IT tickets, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Serve as the first point of contact for team members experiencing technical difficulties and will be expected to provide timely and effective solutions
- Responsible for tracking, managing, and supporting IT assets.
- Onboarding and training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a robust understanding of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite. They will have demonstrated experience in a help desk environment, showcasing their ability to handle a high volume of tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred for this position. However, equivalent experience and a proven track record in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal education.
