The client is now seeking a Assistant General Manager to oversee two of their luxurious resorts.

The Role
As an Assistant General Manager overseeing two luxury resorts, you will support the General Manager in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and service quality. You will also assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards of luxury and service the resorts are known for.
What they are looking for:
- Solid experience in a management role within the luxury hotel or resort industry, ideally with experience in managing multiple properties
- Experience in Caribbean resorts is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and develop a team while fostering a culture of excellence
- Ability to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans focused on enhancing guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support profitability across both resorts
