Our industry-leading client is seeking a Configuration Analyst. The Configuration analyst will formulate, develop, and implement business processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve efficiency and deliver intuitive experiences. They will research and review business drivers and identify opportunities for greater service engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business processes to maximize efficiency and cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with executive management and key stakeholders to define goals and areas of potential improvement
- Identify opportunities for greater service engagement
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information management systems, or a related field
- Experience with all phases of complex projects, including ideation, development, and implementation
- Experience with creating and presenting reports to all levels of corporate structure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
