Description:
- Manage firmwide transformation/change management projects and provide insights on best practices and solutions optimization
- Standardize and integrate workflows across business verticals
- Recommend solutions based on data
- Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Operations teams
- Gain consensus and build relationships with stakeholders
- Create project plans and be accountable for delivering them on time and on budget
- Gather and document requirements, manage project scope, manage relationships with stakeholders
- Create process workflow diagrams and documents
- Provide status updates
- Manage project budget and resources
- Train internal clients on new workflows and systems
- Projects involve fund accounting, investment operations, onboarding, deal pipeline management, and data warehouses
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Project Management experience from an Alternative Asset Manager
- Experience working with alternative asset management credit middle office and/or fund accounting projects
- Strong knowledge of business analysis and project management principles
- Data driven decision making
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
