POSITION OVERVIEW:
The security Field Manager is responsible for all installation and commissioning activities required for successful completion of assigned projects. In addition to providing resources for on-site Low-Voltage Systems installation and commissioning duties, the security Field Manager will help plan, organize, direct, and control all aspects of the installation and perform quality control measures to ensure customer delight.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans for and supervises internal team members and external subcontractors on various projects.
- Identify learning paths for team members that are within alignment of the goals of the division and overall organization.
- Direct manager of people including, but not limited to, onboarding, training, discipline actions, terminations, payroll, performance management, etc.
- Select and manage the onboarding process of subcontractors.
- The ability to assign team resources both internal and external (Subcontractors) to various projects and manage the performance and schedule of these team members.
- Ability to interpret and communicate project standards and requirements to internal team members and subcontractors.
- The ability to support team members with quality and technical issues related to Security installation, programming, and engineering.
- Ability to support a fast-paced demanding work schedule; to include early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, etc.
- Adhere to and uphold Pixel's safety culture on site, lead by example and develop the expected safety culture on each project.
- Understand the financials of the group, cost and sell rate of team members-including all burden, and the companies JCR / WIP process.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
- Must be eligible to rent a car, including meeting age requirements and possessing a valid driver's license.
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection and hard hats.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 3 years of management experience in Security Integration and Low Voltage systems
- 10 years' experience in Audio-Visual
