Job Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of ground-up construction projects for high-end restaurants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the construction process, from site preparation to final inspection.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
