Key Responsibilities:
- 🖥️ Design PLC-based control systems for new and existing wastewater treatment systems
- 📊 Develop PLC/HMI programs and create electrical drawings
- 🛠️ Manage projects and collaborate with manufacturing and electrical teams
- 📞 Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting for control systems
- ✈️ Occasional travel for design reviews, installations, and on-site troubleshooting
- 📈 Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (AS in EE, Automation, or related field accepted)
- 5+ years of experience in industrial control systems design and PLC programming
- Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication abilities for customer and peer interactions
- Knowledge of industry standards (NEC, NEMA, UL) is a plus
