Position Summary:
We are seeking a Risk Management Manager with over 2 years of experience in a risk team within an Automotive TPA (Third Party Administration) company. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring complete visibility and data consistency across all business lines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Risk Management Program: Maintain an effective, proactive risk management program for all products at the program, agent, and dealer levels.
- Underwriting Monitoring: Monitor underwriting experience at the dealer, agent, and program levels.
- Reporting: Provide management reports and updates on underperforming dealers, agents, and programs, including developing remedial loss control actions as needed.
- Agent Presentations: Develop presentations on effective risk management techniques for agents to use with their dealers.
- Insurance Carrier Liaison: Serve as the liaison with insurance carriers, developing and maintaining successful relationships.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay informed about insurance carrier practices and procedures related to product, dealer, and agent requirements.
- Presentations and Reports: Prepare presentations and reports for management and carriers as required.
- Product Development: Enhance existing products to remain competitive, secure insurance for products as needed, and develop new products.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures for risk reporting and tracking.
- Performance Reporting: Report business performance and projections to the executive team and key stakeholders.
- Actuarial Review: Obtain, review, and confirm procedures and results from external actuarial firms.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing responsibilities to accommodate company growth.
- Ensure all requirements are met for podium reviews.
