Akkodis is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our client located in Fullerton, CA. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing system user requests, recommending system modifications, and providing system user support. This role involves planning, developing, testing, and documenting new and modified computer programs, as well as performing other related tasks as required.
Salary: $75,000/yr - $94,000/yr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Meet with users to understand their needs and evaluate possible solutions.
- Analyze the impact of changes and modifications to the application system.
- Manage support ticket backlog and prioritize effectively to meet client service levels.
- Provide ongoing support to internal business users and external customers.
- Track project status and update related documentation.
- Continuously create and update support documentation.
- Identify trends in issues and proactively suggest options to prevent future occurrences.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with other IT resources, business resources, and external resources.
- Test program changes for impact on the development environment.
- Maintain system software through upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related field
- Experience with ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and JDE preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Provide a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to plan and adhere to deadlines.
