Job Description:
Are you a Store Designer local to the Chicago area looking for an opportunity to work with a major beverage company?!
Our client is looking for a talented Store Designer to create new store concepts and enhancements to the existing store portfolio that supports varied customer need states and points of distribution. Architectural design, collaboration with industrial, graphic design and environmental disciplines. Management of various design projects and operations, retail or restaurant design. Working knowledge Revit. 2-3 years of experience!

- Working on multiple projects
Daily Responsibilities:
- Management of various design projects and operations, retail or restaurant design.
- Working knowledge of CAD drafting using Revit
- Supporting the current designers
- Documentation management
- Working and overseeing the store design projects
Candidate Requirements
- Years of experience required: 2-3 years for hybrid, potentially 3-5 years for remote
Degrees or certifications required Technology requirements:
- Degree from an accredited architectural/ design school
- ReVit
- InDesign
- Sketchup (optional)
- Inscape (optional)
Required background? Skills?:
- Working knowledge on working on architecture and interior design
- Experience on schematic drawing
- Experience as a creative designer
- Basic knowledge on building systems
- Looking for someone who is a quick learner and is organized
- Someone who is able to pivot quickly
- Working under ambiguity / needs to be an independent thinker
Portfolios:
- Rendering skills
- Needs extensive information on the design spaces in both interior and design
- Need to see the details of the work completed.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45-$50/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
